Waiting for your order? 

You pre-ordered your new favorite comic book — of course you want it to arrive ASAP! The below pre-orders are expected to ship on the following dates, as listed in each item's description. You will receive an email when your order ships!

Returns 
Z2 Comics does not currently accept returns. 

 

Shipping address changes

If you’d like to update your shipping address, please email your order number and the NEW shipping address to support@z2comics.com and we’ll get that changed right away for you. 

 

Order Cancellation & refund requests 
Refunds can only be requested within 48 hours of purchase unless the order has already shipped. Send your email and order number, along with your request, to support@z2comics.com.

 

Haven't received your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@z2comics.com. 

 


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 


Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@z2comics.com and send your item to: Z2 Comics, 995 5th Ave, Apt 8S, New York NY 10028, United States. 

 


Shipping a Damaged or Defective Item
Should you need to return a damaged or defective product, you should follow the instructions above (see Exchanges). Once Z2 Comics has accepted the return (after you complete the steps above), you should mail your product to: Z2 Comics, 995 5th Ave, Apt 8S, New York NY 10028, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
