Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship on or around the date listed in the product description.
Please note:
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available.
- For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
