Shipping address changes
Order Cancellation & refund requests
Refunds can only be requested within 48 hours of purchase unless the order has already shipped. Send your email and order number, along with your request, to email@example.com.
Haven't received your refund?
If you've requested a refund and haven't received it, please check first with your bank or credit card company. Sometimes it takes up to 10 business days for refunds to process.
If you're still waiting on a refund day more than 10 days after your initial request, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Z2 Comics, 1812 South Parker Road, Denver, CO, 80231, United States.
Shipping a Damaged or Defective Item
Should you need to return a damaged or defective product, you should follow the instructions above (see Exchanges). Once Z2 Comics has accepted the return (after you complete the steps above), you should mail your product to: Z2 Comics, 1812 South Parker Road, Denver, CO, 80231, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
